- 8-10 cups ripe elderberries
- 4 1/2 cups white granulated sugar

- 1 packet pectin
Method to make:
Put the pot on medium flame and add the rinsed berries in it. Start crushing them using a masher.
When you see juice has come to boil, reduce the flame and let it simmer on a low flame for 10 min.
